This website, found under the www.lilyandmoor.co.uk URL is operated by Direct Furniture Ltd Trading As Lily & Moor. All references to Lily & Moor and ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be deemed to be references to Direct Furniture Ltd T/A Lily & Moor. References to ‘you’, ‘your’ will be deemed to be references to the persons placing an order online via lilyandmoor.co.uk, through email and over the telephone.
By placing an order with Lily & Moor it is understood that you as a customer have read and agreed to our terms & conditions.
When placing an order with us we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, address and a contact number. This information is required in order to process the order and to be able to inform you of its acceptance. We may also contact you if there is a problem with the order.
Under no circumstances do Lily & Moor share any customer information with any third parties.
All prices on Lily & Moor for products and services are inclusive of VAT.
Lily & Moor make every effort to give a clear and honest representation of all of the products we sell, however slight variations may occur and this cannot be helped. All measurements for products are approximate and the reproduction and representation of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes allow.
The price of goods will be as stated at the time of purchase. Lily & Moor do reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increases in taxes or duties, or if an error has occurred and the price for the goods published on the Lily & Moor website is incorrect. Lily & Moor will inform you of the correct price and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the item/order.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed.
Due to unsuitable quality or an administrative error when the product is picked for your order, we may not always be able to supply the item. For this reason all products are subject to availability and Lily & Moor will inform you as soon as possible if this occurs with any items in your order.
Any redistribution or reproduction of part (including photos) or all of the contents of the Lily & Moor website in any form is prohibited.
Refunds and Returns
If you wish to receive a full refund, the items must be returned to Lily & Moor in a resalable condition in all of its original packaging. The item must also be returned within 28 days from the day the parcel was received.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage of the items so we do advise that you obtain insurance or a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
Please also note that items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the purchaser and we cannot prevent the purchaser from knowing that this is taking place.
Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Goods should not be returned to Lily & Moor without prior agreement.
Promotions & Discounts
Please note that only one promotional code/offer can be used at a time. Some promotions may not be valid during Sale periods or for specific products. Start and End dates for all promotional codes are decided by Lily & Moor.
Lily & Moor reserve the right to withdraw any discount, promotional code or offer at any time.
