How much is P&P?
We have a flat rate of £3.95 for Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) and £6.95 for Express Delivery (1-2 working days) for mainland United Kingdom.
Delivery is free on orders over £50!
What packaging do you use?
Here at Lily & Moor we think it is very important to be environmentally friendly, so we recycle everything we possibly can. This includes the packaging we send our products in, so don’t be surprised if your box looks like it may have been used before! However we would never compromise on the safety of your purchases and we ensure that your products will be suitable for transit and arrive with you in good condition.
Please do your bit for the environment and recycle any packaging you receive from us!
What payment options are available?
We have several secure payment options available. You can pay using Paypal where you can use an existing account or enter your card details as a guest, or alternatively you can use our Sagepay option. Please note Paypal will momentarily take you to their site to complete payment, but you will be redirected back to Lily & Moor to confirm your order once payment is complete.
Using these options you can use the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express/Amex, Switch, Solo, Delta.
By using an existing Paypal account you can use any bank account or card you have joined to that account.
How do I return something I’ve bought?
We want you to love everything you receive from us but we understand that sometimes you may want to return a purchase. If you want to return something please send an email with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know you’ve received my order?
When you submit an order to us you should receive an email firstly confirming your payment has been processed and received. Following this you will receive a second email from Lily & Moor, which is your order confirmation. If you do not receive these emails within 24 hours of submitting an order please contact us and we will help you find out what has gone wrong.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
You can indeed! We use a great delivery service who supply us with a tracking number for every parcel we send with them. Please contact us if you’d like to know more about tracking your order, email email@example.com
